Jowar atta: 1 cup, 3 tbsp besan flour, 1.5 cups of water, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp, turmeric powder, fat pinch of black pepper powder, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 carrot, 1/4 capsicum, 1/2 onion, 1 green chilli, handful of cabbage, curry leaves, shallots, ginger, salt as needed.
